Deductible assistance is provided by our partner repair facility and is not guaranteed in all situations.

4. Rebate Offers

Rebate offers of up to $1,000 are:

5. Windshield Replacement

Cracked windshield replacement applies only when included and approved within your comprehensive hail claim.

6. Loaner Vehicles

Loaner vehicles are not guaranteed.

7. Not-at-Fault Claims & Rate Impact

Hail damage is typically treated as a not-at-fault comprehensive claim.

Insurance premium impact is determined solely by your insurance provider.

Past outcomes do not guarantee future results.

8. Scheduling & Appointments

By booking, you agree that:

• we may contact you via SMS, email, or phone about your appointment or claim assistance,
• failure to provide accurate information may delay or void service availability.

9. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate and truthful information,
• maintain valid insurance coverage,
• comply with insurer requirements during the claims process.

Submitting false or misleading information is prohibited.

10. Third-Party Affiliations

Hail Gone is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., any insurance company, or any government agency.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hail Gone is not liable for:
